TIM Brasil and Google Partner for 3G Content
Brazilian mobile operator TIM Brasil is partnering up with Google to develop 3G content solutions for the local market in what is Google's first major partnership in Latin America. , reports TeleGeography. It will also introduce a mobile version of its video site YouTube. TIM will initially offer the content services over its EDGE network, but later plans to offer it on W-CDMA networks.
